1. All memberships are Non-Transferable, Non-adjustable & Non-Refundable under any circumstances.
2. Candidates are permitted for maximum two hours on the floor under the guidance of trainer.
3. You agree to comply with the Rules of Membership which are displayed prominently in the institution and relate to opening hours, use of facilities and your conduct. We may make reasonable changes to these Rules at any time provided that we give you advance notice of the change
4. The admission fees and monthly fees are collected from you by us are not refundable under any circumstances.
5. Entry will only be permitted to those with a valid membership, in date and in credit. If you have an amount due to be paid on your account you won’t be able to enter the building.
6. You may, at your own discretion and expense, obtain personal insurance for loss, injury or damage that you might sustain arising from use of the institution. You exercise at your own discretion and accept any injury or illness brought on by exercise is your own responsibility.
7. Lockers are provided for the use of members. T & C apply.
8. All of the membership rules contained herein apply equally to members, temporary members, guests to our institution and website users and visitors alike.
9. Keep your bag & baggage’s in your own responsibility. Wallets, Mobiles or valuable parts should be kept in the reception. If you don’t keep yours in the reception then no claim will be entertained.
10. Kadam Fit & Fine management reserve the right to exclude any member they deem not to be adhering to any of the above or who by their actions poses a health and safety risk to others.

6. Membership Declaration & Payment Details

I understand that there are inherent risks associated with physical activity, and I voluntarily assume all such risks.

I hereby release and discharge Kadam Fit & Fine and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage and even death that may occur during my use of the gym's facilities

I acknowledge that I am participating in gym activities at my own risk and that I am responsible for my own safety. Before signing this document, I have read, understand and hereby agree to the terms & conditions of membership as defined in Terms & conditions, and know that it affects my legal rights. I agree to pay the following each month until I cancel my membership
